In this 4-week live mini-cohort, you'll learn how to build a strong, vision-aligned business model that supports both your school’s sustainability and your livelihood. Whether you're dreaming of opening your doors or refining your current model, this course will give you the tools, clarity, and confidence to move forward with purpose and with the financial insight you need to be sustainable.
This highly interactive program is led by Lisa McClanahan, co-founder with Dr. Erin Flynn, of The Hedge School Cooperative, a nationally recognized education innovator (featured on The Pitch Playground.) This training is designed by a founder, for founders—with practical insights, proven strategies, and a collaborative peer community approach.
